課程概述

This undergraduate-level course offers you a basic understanding of research methods & thesis writing for the social science disciplines.  

課程目標
 At the conclusion of this class, the students will be able to
 Articulate concepts in a research lifecycle in general
 Participate in various in-class practices about enhancing research skill
 Recognize what constitutes a social science research
 Evaluate research literature from different perspectives
 Design a basic plan for a research inquiry
 Identify the most common research methods in social sciences
 Compose a well-structured scholarly essay and demonstrate good citation behavior
